  • Frank Sturgeon is a member of this architectural committee of Historic Church Committee, Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, St. Louis, Missouri: He inspected historic churches throughout the U.S. and gave advice to congregations about repairs and restorations needed on the structures. Also, he has traveled extensively throughout the United States lectured on religious architecture projects, specifically about how to organize construction and how to select architects. During his time on the committee, he wrote a book on church and religious school architecture. Significant religious projects include:
